Mothers group Christmas party

We had our mothers group xmas party on the weekend. Weather was crap and that's why it was at my house. It was a lovely afternoon watching the bubs open their presents! What a year it has been for all of us!

Nearly One!

Owen is 11.5 months!! This photo brings tears to my eyes!! So beautiful but so not a baby anymore!!! You have no idea how much you are loved little boy!!

Welcome Ely Jukari

Congratulations to Katrina and Victor on the arrival of little Ely! Ely was born at 5.30pm, on the 8th December 2010 (Same birthday as my brother). Weighing in at 3kg and 54cm in length. Bub is very healthy and Katrina seems to be doing very well. Seeing these tiny baby photos makes me very clucky!!! Another nephew for us!

Sewing project 2

Another nappy cover. Ten times worse than the first. I got cocky and thought I was a pro. As a result exposed raw edges fraying all over the place, elastic poking through the casings, stitching unthreading for some strange reason and putting too much elastic in so it does not bunch up. Dismal failure.

Carrots

An update on the vege garden. Most things doing well except for snow peas (dead), lettuce (dead) and most of the capsicums (dead). Tomatoes going gang busters and we are about to have a huge influx of fruit in a few weeks. Celery going well. Egg plant thriving and cucumber growing nicely. But check out the carrots.

Owen's first Santa photo!

So this is officially Owen's second Christmas but his first Santa photo. I was so excited getting it done! I took a picture of the photo as the scanner is not working, so it is a poor quality photo.
